Riesling Purpur 2023 0,75L Bio Georgium The Oloroso San José is2023 ist ein ungewhnliches Jahr am Weingut Mann. Die Weine haben rein analytisch gesehen weniger Sure als sonst. Nicht weiter tragisch, denn nach zwei Jahren im groen Holzfass strahlen die Riesling erst richtig. Wahrlich mit etwas mehr Speck auf den Rippen, ein wundervoll sinnlicher Jahrgang. Etwas mehr Schmelz, mehr Reife und enorme Dichte. Die Reben wachsen auf vulkanischen Bden rund um Eckelsheim. PS: ein bisschen Zeit an der Luft tut hier Wunder!
