The largest and most famous Pouilly-Fumé vineyards have been in the hands of the Comte Lafond and Ladoucette families since 1787 when the Comte Lafond purchased the estate from the illegitimate daughter of the French king
which are as sophisticated and exquisite as the hands that produce them
Bottling is without fining or filtering and is the only point at which a touch of sulfur is added to the wine
but one made interesting thanks to a warm
Plum and pluot re-emerge on the palate carried by undertones of rhubarb and hints of nutmeg
Bastide de la Ciselette Vin de Pays du Var Rosé 2024 TIMORASSO The largest and most famous60% Grenache, 40% Merlot. The vineyards are farmed organically, with some biodynamic practices no use of pesticides or herbicides. They follow the lunar calendar and plow by horse. The decision to label lutte raisonnee is one of caution should it be necessary due to unforeseen climatic circumstances.
