El Jolgorio Ancestral Coyote represents a new chapter in the El Jolgorio range of mezcals. This ancestral mezcal is produced by Maestra Mezcalera: Doa Justina Ruiz Perez in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca using clay pots. The inaugural batch was distilled in February 2021 using 14 year old Maguey Coyote (Agave americana). The
