For such a big wine this is beautifully well-balanced and possesses simply fabulous raw materials

The oak is a little obvious on both nose and palate now

pure and chiseled flavors terminate in a youthfully austere

There's really appetising underlying structure here, with freshness but no greenness, and delicacy combined with backbone. Needs some time to come out of its shell. (AH)
