The wine is refined, medium bodied, fresh, elegant and lush, ending with sweet, juicy, ripe dark cherries. The wine was made from a blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Merlot. Give this 5 8 years of time before popping a cork and enjoy it for the next 20 years after that.
