Vintage Outo "Specialized Fact Records" TOM T-Shirt Pop Edgar Allen Poe was anOuto were a punk hardcore band from Osaka, Japan founded in the 1982. While their time together was short, they released four 7"s before breaking up in 1990. In 1999, Specialized Fact, a label ran by Naoto from S. O. B., collected all of their material and re released it on CD and LP.
