Bottled at 40% ABV this single malt won a Gold Medal in the Speyside Single Malts 13-18yo category at the 2015 Scotch Whisky Masters
They are then cooked slowly in clay ovens for 72 hours before the pulp is fermented and distilled using copper-pot stills
Finish: Dry with a mixture of rye
