Vinification follows this gentle practice with grapes pressed slowly using no additional sulphites or preservatives. Regard 22 is 100% Pineau d'Aunis from vines up to 90 years old. After pressing, grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in barrels with indigenous yeasts before ageing for 18 months in used oak. Fresh and juicy with a classic
