Pliant, supple and inviting, the 2016 Estate Cuve is one of the most refined wines I have tasted from Kapcsndy. Silky tannins and lifted, savory aromatics add to an impression of polish. The Cabernet Sauvignon savory notes are quite prominent, while the addition of 16% Roberta's Merlot helps fill out the mid palate beautifully. This is such a pretty wine. Antonio Galloni
